Batemans Bay Marina Resort is the ideal venue for your next business meeting, conference or special event. With a choice of function rooms for hire with capacities up to 300 people, we are able to cater for small and large groups.  Whether it’s a confidential business meeting in the boardroom, a large multi-day conference or a gala dinner, our friendly and experienced events team are here to help.  Additionally, we can provide in-house catering in a beautiful setting that will ensure your time here is both productive and memorable.
Conference room inclusions

Iced water, mints, paper and pens, whiteboard and flipchart. Wi-Fi is available in all conference rooms. Audio visual equipment and technical support can be organised prior to arrival.

We have an onsite catering team that can offer you a variety of catering options to suit all tastes and budgets. Ask our team for our menu including tailored menu selections.

Need accommodation for your conference or event?

For multi-day events, our resort features 89 self-contained villas available to accommodate delegates and guests. With waterfront accommodation and garden setting villas, all accommodation is self-contained with full kitchen, lounge/dining area and spacious bathrooms. Most villas have a verandah and some are equipped with a spa and BBQ.

Capacity: 38 pax | 154 sqm.

The Corrigans Room includes a stage, an inbuilt dance floor, and has doors opening into the breakout room. Located upstairs in the main conference building, adjacent to Rockwall Restaurant. Accessible via stairs or lift.

Clyde Room

Capacity: 25 pax | 100 sqm.

The Clyde Room has a concertina wall that can be opened for direct access to the restaurant and has doors opening into the breakout room. Located upstairs in main conference building, adjacent to Rockwall Restaurant. Accessible via stairs or lift.

Seabreeze Room

Capacity: 16 pax | 66 sqm.

Waterfront stand-alone conference villa, overlooking the tidal lagoon and Clyde River. Suitable for smaller groups and functions. The wrap-around veranda is a perfect spot for enjoying meal & drink breaks or breakout sessions. Accessible via ramp and steps.

Executive Marina Boardroom

Capacity: 6 pax | 24 sqm.

Private room with a boardroom table and seating for up to 10. Upstairs in main conference building, adjacent to Rockwall Restaurant. Accessible via stairs or lift.

Rockwall Restaurant

Capacity: 30 pax | 123 sqm.

Located upstairs in the centre of the resort in the main conference building, with stunning views of the Clyde River. The restaurant is in close proximity to all the conference rooms, with doors opening into the breakout room. Accessible via stairs or lift.

Corporate accommodation will surpass all your expectations with each villa acting as a home away from home for your delegates. Each of our 89 villas are fully self-contained including full kitchen, lounge / dining area and spacious bathrooms.
